Your art. Your words. Your offers.

You’ve done the research, set up the accounts, and maybe even sold a few things.

You love what you do.
But let’s be honest: that doesn’t mean your business model works.

The actual structure of your business? That still feels unclear or built around assumptions that don’t reflect how you work best.

A business model that fits without busywork and a "hustle harder" mindset is hard to find.

You’ve poured your energy into something meaningful.

Which is rediculous. You’re a creative. You may also be a caregiver, neurodivergent, dealing with chronic illness, social anxiety, or someone who simply doesn’t want their life consumed by endless marketing and decision fatigue.

Mainstream business advice rarely accounts for things like:

  • Low or variable capacity
  • Social anxiety or sensitivity
  • Energy fluctuations and cognitive load
  • The desire to work thoughtfully, not constantly

So, if you’ve been nodding along to someone else’s blueprint but can’t seem to make it work, you can do something different.

The Strategy Studio shows you how to do something different.

The Strategy Studio is something different.
This isn’t a course about growing fast.

It’s a space for building a smarter business model.
One that aligns with how you move through the world.

A 6-week program for designing a business that makes space for real life.

STUDIO
Strategy
THE
introducing • introducing •

Over six weeks, you’ll unpack the essential components of business, explore how your energy and strengths affect your decisions, and begin designing a model that actually makes sense.

Clear. Sustainable. Personalized.

No hype, no overwhelm, just grounded guidance lessons and supplementary materials that don't outsource decision-making to someone who doesn't know you as well as you know yourself.

  • Drowning in tabs, half-finished offers, or Google Docs full of ideas

  • Creative, capable, but was never taught how to structure a business that works for them

  • Tired of strategies that assume unlimited time, confidence, or spoons

  • Discouraged by past experiences, but still quietly hoping that a better way exists

This is for the quiet creative who is...

  • Just starting, already overwhelmed by all the “shoulds,”

  • A few years in, realizing you’ve skipped the “big picture” part and need to backtrack.

Either way, this is a place to stop spinning, zoom out, and get strategic in a way that honours your capacity.

You might be:

But forget to design for what they need.
You focus on your craft, your service, your deliverables, and hope the rest sorts itself out.

But without structure, even the most meaningful work can start to feel unstable, confusing, or exhausting.

The result?  A business that only works when you’re over-functioning, and collapses when you’re not. The Strategy Studio is here to change that.

Most creatives build around what they love.

Googling “how to get clients”, asking ChatGPT how to fix your sales, or taking courses that weren’t built for how your life actually works.

03

Tweaking your offer (again) because something just isn’t clicking (or you just realized you may not even have a clear offer).

02

Posting on social media, even though it leaves you drained or unsure if it’s even helping.

01

You started a business because it felt possible.

And likely, it’s something you had a knack for. A service. A product. An offer. A skill you knew you were good at.

But now? You’re not even sure you like what you’re doing, or if it’s worth the energy it takes to keep it all going.

Trying to look confident while quietly questioning everything.

04

You’ve tried…

At least not for very long.

Maybe you feel like you should be further along by now. But one thing is clear:
Building a business while ignoring your capacity isn't working.

Maybe you feel behind. Maybe you feel stuck.

Week 4–6: Decisions
With a clearer picture of what you need — and what you don’t — you’ll begin designing a business model that actually fits. One that feels possible. One that can grow with you, not at your expense.

Discernment

Week 2–3: Understanding
We’ll get honest about your energy, your patterns, and your limits. What drains you? What sustains you? What are you done pretending to tolerate?

Alignment

Week 1–2: Information
A non-overwhelming look at what every business needs to function — not just what you’re selling, but how the parts connect (and which ones you could be missing).

What we cover

Weekly Lessons

Straightforward, email-delivered guidance — no fluff, no filler.

Visual Tools + Worksheets

Practical resources to support each lesson

Membership Add-On

For when you want a second set of eyes — without a Zoom call.

Each lesson is clear, concise, and thoughtfully structured to cut through the noise. I do the deep dive so you don’t have to — delivering the key insights (with just enough context to be useful) in a format that respects your time and cognitive load. This isn’t theory overload or a digital textbook. It’s the essential stuff, presented with clarity.

What's Included

Each lesson includes a visual or tactile resource to help you apply what you're learning. Whether you're mapping ideas, connecting patterns, or laying out your model, these tools are here to get the puzzle pieces out of your head and into view. Use them on paper, tablet, Canva, Procreate — whatever fits your style. Designed for creative thinkers who process through sketching, sorting, or seeing.

Join a private space for low-pressure, asynchronous support, hosted off social media on Mighty Networks. Inside, you’ll find a quiet corner where you can ask questions or get a second set of eyes on your design if you'd like. There are no performance vibes or scheduled calls—just intentional support in your back pocket. If you'd rather not share your questions or work with the group, support is available without making your process public. Reach out privately to me within the membership—I'll show you how once you're inside.

Optional

This is business design for people who care about their health as much as their income.

You’re not trying to be a CEO caricature. You want to do meaningful work, in a way that’s sustainable (emotionally, energetically, and financially).

You’ve got the skills. You’ve got the instincts. Now, you just need a structure that lets those things work together.

This is your invitation to design a business that makes space for your real life.

Want a business model that doesn’t burn you out?

If you've tried to figure this out on your own but the pieces still aren’t clicking, The Strategy Studio is built for moments like this — when you’re ready to move forward, but not sure how.

Join the waitlist and get a quiet heads-up when doors open.

Already stretched thin. Already full of ideas, but unsure how to move forward without burning out (again). I’ve lived that too.

This isn’t about helping you “scale.” It’s about helping you see what’s already working, what’s missing, and how to design a business that works the way you do — one that can grow, without growing out of alignment.

This is the resource I needed when I first started — back during a recession, still in university, undiagnosed with multiple autoimmune disorders, trying to figure out how to make a living without burning through every ounce of energy I had.

It’s also the resource I needed much later — after stepping away from a business I built with my whole heart and finding myself in a strange, still season. One where nothing external was coming together. Where creativity felt flat. Where I wasn’t making, launching, or building — just wandering, recalibrating, and slowly learning what it meant to once again do work that fit with my skills, but also my system.

The Strategy Studio grew out of that — not as a masterplan, but as a gentle structure for coming back to yourself, and building from there.

I created this program because most business advice skips the part where you’re already tired.

I’m Jamie Sabot, and this is that awkward "write about yourself" bio section ;)

I'm a strategist, storyteller, and longtime solo business owner who’s built multiple businesses from scratch, including a nonprofit, a product-based brand, and an evergreen digital shop that still brings in sales while I sleep.

I have a psychology degree, a systems brain, and a deeply introverted nervous system — which means I’ve spent the last 15+ years quietly testing how business actually works for those of us who don’t thrive on hustle, hype, or high-pressure anything.

Until enrolment opens up, dive into this...

You’re not alone — most business programs assume high energy, endless time, and extroverted execution. The Strategy Studio doesn’t. This is a capacity-first container that helps you build a business around your life, your energy, and your values. No one-size-fits-all formulas. Just gentle guidance, thoughtful prompts, and clear structure to help you decide what actually works for you.

I’ve tried other business programs that didn’t work for me. How is this different?

01

It may feel like that if you've been following systems that weren’t built with the capacity of the business owner first. A capacity-first business model is different for everyone. For example, I could design on the computer all day, but I certainly couldn't paint all day. They are similar, but if I had a business that required me to paint all day, I'd be feeling like I wasn't cut out for business too! The Studio helps you reconnect with your strengths and design a business that works with your energy, not against it.

What if I’m just not cut out for this whole business thing?

02

That’s exactly why The Strategy Studio was built with sensitive, low-capacity seasons in mind. There are no live calls, no performative tasks, and no pressure to “keep up.” Just calming, email-delivered lessons and visual tools you can work through at your own pace. And since the lessons and materials are delivered to your inbox, you'll have access to them whenever you need them.

What if I’m already overwhelmed? Will I even have the energy to do this?

03

Exactly. That’s why The Strategy Studio exists — to relieve the pressure of constant decision-making. It gently walks you through one aligned step at a time, so you can stop spinning and start breathing. This isn’t one more thing to figure out. It’s the thing that helps everything else finally make sense.

I’m exhausted from trying to figure things out — I can’t make one more decision.

04

Fair question. Most business programs are built for extroverted, high-energy folks with tons of time and support. This isn’t that. The Strategy Studio is rooted in compassion, discernment, and deep respect for your nervous system. You won’t be told what to do or encouraged to "get out of your comfort zone." You'll be provided with the resources I wish I had each time knew something needed to change within one of my businesses (including when I was starting from scratch).

How do I know this will be different from all the other programs I’ve tried?

05

Only you know when it’s the right time. But I will say: if you’re in a season of low energy or high doubt, there’s a good chance the clarity you're craving is inside The Strategy Studio's weekly lessons and supporting materials. If you're curious about what a personally crafted (for you) business model could be, or if the idea of having all the options laid out so you could design a model that's right for you, now is the time. This round of The Strategy Studio is open for a short time, and the work we do here is designed to give you capacity back. If you’re feeling stretched thin now… that might be the very reason to start.

I don’t know if now is the right time. Should I wait until the next round?

06

There’s no such thing as “behind” here. The content is yours to keep, and the structure is intentionally light so you can move at your own pace. If you’d like support while you work through the material — or after — you’ll have the option to subscribe to a private membership space: a quiet place for check-ins, gentle accountability, and thoughtful feedback as you shape your business model in your own time.

What if I fall behind or can’t finish in 6 weeks?

07

It’s an optional subscription for folks who want structured support while moving through the program or continuing the work after. Inside, you’ll find a private, low-pressure space to ask questions, share your progress, and receive thoughtful feedback.

What’s the membership add-on?

08

It’s an optional subscription for quiet, ongoing support — hosted off of social media on Mighty Networks. You’ll get access to a private space with low-pressure check-ins, gentle accountability, and space to ask questions while you move through the program at your own pace.

What’s the membership add-on?

09

Yes. You’ll have a way to ask questions privately — if you’re working through something sensitive or just want some clarity without sharing it in the group, that’s fully supported. You don’t have to “show your work” publicly to get thoughtful feedback.

Can I ask private questions without other members seeing?

10

Not exactly. The membership space is designed for quiet support — with no required participation, no scheduled calls, and no pressure to share. There may be an optional group thread or chat for anyone craving connection, but it’s entirely up to you. You can stay quietly in your lane and still get the support you need, when you need it.

Is this a group chat or coaching program?

11

Yes. After enrolling in the program, you’ll be invited to join the membership — but there’s no rush. You can opt in later if you decide you’d like support along the way.

Can I join the membership later if I don’t subscribe right away?

12

There's no hard and fast rule that says you "need" to spend a certain amount of time on each lesson, or the program as a whole. How much time you spend with each lesson and supplementary material will be entirely up to you.. The Strategy Studio is designed to be read, reflected on, and returned to — without rushing. You can move through the material slowly, giving yourself space to consider what would truly support you, rather than pushing for quick answers. You don’t need to make decisions right away. Each part builds on the last, so even if you pause between sections, the process will still hold together. It’s not about getting through it fast — it’s about giving yourself room to see what fits, and letting clarity take shape in its own time.

How much time will I need to spend on it?
