I've tried a lot of e-commerce platforms in my almost two decades of selling online. The one that never failed me was Shopify. It's the software that runs this digital shop and was the platform I used to scale my successful physical product-based business to multiple six figures years (that was thousands of orders processed seamlessly per year).
Flodesk is the platform I use for all my emails and mailing list integrations on my website. I love Flodesk for its ease of use and the ability to design beautiful on-brand emails without all the fuss. Landing pages for email opt-ins are quick to make, too (without sacrificing functionality or the aesthetic of your brand). Get 50% off your first year of Flodesk by clicking the button below.
Showit is the platform that all my websites (including this one!) are built. It's any easy to use "drag and drop" style editor provides the flexibility of growing with your business. I can't recommend it enough for small business owners who want website that's quick to update and easy to customize with your creative touch. Get a month free with the code STORIES.
For my custom website design projects, I use HoneyBook for all the invoicing, contracts, and payment processing. I've tried several other client flow management platforms designed for solo business owners but none of them were as easy and straight-forward to use as HoneyBook. Get 25% off your first year with HoneyBook by clicking the button below.
While I use Google Docs for just about everything, there are a few projects that I prefer to have a project management system for. My go to is Clickup because of the ability to setup a project template once that can be used over and over again. The bonus is that clickup remind me about deadlines and allows me to delegate tasks to other people on the project.
Tailwind is an essential software for my pinterest marketing strategy. It allows me to schedule pins so my marketing can happen consistently without needing to log into pinterest each day. Combine it with blogging + SEO and you've got yourself an evergreen marketing system! Test out their Ghostwriter feature with 50 free credits by clicking the link below.
While my preference is Shopify (even for digital products), SendOwl is a great choice for adding an e-commerce (online shopping cart) element to your business. SendOwl is a platform that helps individuals sell digital products, subscriptions, memberships, and more. It's super easy to use and the price can't be beat. If I wasn't so familiar with Shopify, SendOwl would be my go to!
